One of Rw’s favorite cheeses is back in the case! Dancing Fern is a raw cow’s milk cheese from @sequatcheese out of Tennessee. While we can’t get true French Reblochon in the States, Dancing Fern is made in a Reblochon-style and is buttery & mushroomy with a light barnyard funk.
