Meet Michael! He began his culinary journey after a satisfying career in the advertising industry and has worked in kitchens all over LA. We are thrilled that he decided to shift gears to join our team??? of Cheesemongers. Michael loves a good michilada while watching a Dodger game and chowing on local BBQ at Max City. Kelly has a vibrant personality and an infectious laugh that brings light to the shop. Meet Jim!…but also say goodbye to him as today is his last day at Milkfarm. Jim has been with us for almost 2.5 years and is packing his bags to move to New Orleans! He’s a man of many names: JJ, JimJames, Jimmy Jam, Jimothy Jamothy, Mr. Bossman, Jimbo Jambo, and an alternate ego James Jim . He doesn’t seem like a Leo, but now that I’m flipping through these photos…I see that he is ?!
