Happy Thanksgiving, y’all! We hope you’re all enjoying the cheese, boards, beer, wine, and all the other goodies you picked up this week! Milkfarm will be CLOSED today AND tomorrow so us mongers can relax and eat our own cheese goodies. We’ll see you on Saturday for We Heart Eagle Rock. We’ll be running a very limited sandwich menu the next two days, as it’s going to be craaaaaazy up in here! This Porchetta sandwich is a special seasonal sandwich for us, and it’s perfect to devour while running your last-minute Thanksgiving errands. We HIGHLY recommend preordering bread, as supplies will be VERY limited this year. We are thrilled to participate in this year’s @wehearteaglerock events on Small Business Saturday! This Saturday (11/27, after Thanksgiving!), some of our favorite local vendors will be here for a Meet the Maker event, just like in the Before Times! These vendors will be sampling their entire line of products and selling onsite, as well. This event is FREE for ALL AGES from 11AM-3PM. Come by, have a chat with the folks who make your favorite products, and support local small businesses! — 11/21/2021 #milkfarmlunch 1) HBB: French ham, fromage de meaux, cracked black pepper, & herbed butter on baguette 2) SPECK: fig jam, fromage de meaux, & greens on baguette 3) MUFFALETTA: garlic aioli, Salami Rosa, fresh mozzarella, Louisiana chopped olive salad, fresh herbs, greens, & EVOO on focaccia 4) MILKFARM GRILLED CHEESE 5)
