Ameribella is a fan favorite funky washed-rind cheese. It is a beautifully crafted farmstead, grass-fed, raw cow’s milk cheese from @jandbcheese in Indiana. This means that Leslie & Matthew (the owners of Jacobs & Brichford) raise their own herd of cows, feed them the VERY best grass they possibly can, milk the cows, and make cheese from that milk – all on the farm!
