???Holey Cow!…is the name of this multi-award winning cheese from @centralcoastcreamery ???Reminiscent of yeasty Swiss cheese, but made here in California with a buttery and creamy finish. Milkfarm kids LVE this cheese as a snacker, but it is killer in a sandwich too! #buyCAcheese . . 4/19 #milkfarmlunch 1)HBB: french ham, Brie, herbed butter and cracked Pepper on ficelle 2)MUFFALETTA: salami rosa, fresh mozzarella, greens, herbs and tasty olive salad from Louisiana 3)GRILLED CHEESE.
