This ? GOAT BUTTER from Knutsford, Cheshire is churned from cream that is skimmed from goat’s milk. Delicate in flavor and can be used as you would regular butter. If you have trouble digesting cow milk products, try this! It’s candy-sweet towards the center of the wheel, and gets progressively earthy and yeasty as you eat closer to the rind. Today is ? International Women’s Day in the middle of Women’s History Month and here’s a little information #regardingMYfood . My entire family immigrated here from Korea in 1966, and I am born and raised here in Los Angeles to a single mom. Went to culinary school ? in 1999 and worked in pastries before taking time off to travel. I started working in cheese in 2007 and opened ? Milkfarm in 2014. My mom works here 2 days a week and this place runs like a well-oiled machine because of the two badass ladies (Devra & Alyssa) who are my right and left hands.
