The first of 6 showings is tomorrow, 8/14 at 6pm pst. I’ve been watching The Food Network since it started in the early 90’s with @emeril when he was a one-man-show in Essence of Emeril (anyone else remember him yelling “yeah yeah” to his production crew ?). I had such a great time filming and I truly hope I represented our industry of Cheesemongers well!Talking about cheese and eating cheese is my most favorite thing in the world. I’m so nervous…but I hope they included my embarrassing reference to the movie Face Off ? and when I gestured the “chef’s kiss” with my hands to my lips . Tune in!
Cornish Yarg is as fun to eat as it is to say!
