We get a rotating selection of Soyoung’s cheeses every couple of weeks from Northern CA. Have you tried any of her famous cheeses? . . . 8/15 #milkfarmlunch 1)CHORIZO PAMPLONA: fried tomato sauce, Mahon, Mama Lil’s pickled peppers, cilantro, greens and herbed butter on baguette 2)CRISPY JAMON: fig jam, brie and greens on baguette 3)THE HBB 4)MUFFALETTA: marinated fresh ricotta, salami rosa, herbs, roasted garlic aioli and greens on focaccia 5)GRILLED CHEESE. COOKIES Guess this cheese! We’ve posted about this before, but it doesn’t make it any less fun today. This cheese can be strung like string cheese over and over again till it’s nest-like. It is smoked and salted pretty heavily for preservation and taste.
