What: Learn everything you need to know about cured meats from the man who makes cured meats! Chorizos, Salami, Pâté, Lomo…oh my! Get ready for the meat sweats y’all. Alex will be conducting an extensive lesson on cured meats, then delve deeper into 6 categories of meat. We will be trying EIGHTEEN different types of meat in total!
