Order forms can be submitted in person, ordered over the phone with a Cheesemonger by calling (323) 892-1068, or emailed to MilkfarmLA@gmail.com. If emailing your order, you MUST receive a confirmation email of receipt. If you choose to email your order and do not receive a confirmation email, please call the shop and we’ll be happy to assist you.

***Deadline to receive this order is Sunday 11/22 at 5pm.

Cancellation Policy: Must cancel order by 7pm, Monday 11/23 for full refund. Any orders not picked up by end of day 7pm, Wednesday 11/25 may be picked up on Saturday 11/28. We will be CLOSED on Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving.
No refunds, exchanges, money back, or store credit for orders not cancelled on time, or orders not picked up. Sorry, no exceptions.
