Sake and Cheese Class V2.0 with World Sake Imports!

The first edition of this class was so popular, we have decided to add a Version 2.0 of the same type! We have teamed up with the sake experts at World Sake and tasted through a huge portfolio of (high-end) sakes and matched them up with the perfect cheese pairings! Join us for a short slideshow presentation on how cheese is followed by a guided tasting of FIVE very different sakes paired with five cheeses. Learn about the polishing process, fermentation, mash, ancestral strains of rice and more! If you attended the first class, this second class will have an entirely different offering of Sake + Cheese.
If you are a sake-lover, or simply one who would like to expand your adult beverage encyclopedia, this class if for you! Also, there will obviously be delicious cheese!
