RACLETTE ON FIRST FRIDAYS AT MILKFARM!
New late night hours = Raclette Dinners!
Beginning in November (4th), we will offer Raclette from 5-8pm every FIRST FRIDAY of the month!
What is Raclette, you ask? Raclette comes from the French word racler which means “to scrape.” We broil a half wheel of Reading Raclette on a large cheese broiler, then scrape the melted cheese over fingerling potatoes, arugula, cornichons, dijon, (and speck optional).
Raclette will only be offered on First Fridays in addition to the usual Friday night menu which already includes: Grilled Cheese, Mac & Cheese, Cheese Plates, Beer and Wine.
