Parmigiano Reggiano Dinner and Cracking @ Eagle Rock Public House

We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Eagle Rock Public House for the upcoming Parmigiano Reggiano Cracking Party. The team at ERPH is putting together a MULTI-course Parmigiano Reggiano dinner with beer/wine pairing while we put on a slide show presentation about how the cheese is made! Learn all about the cheese making process and for the grand finale, watch a full 85 pound wheel being cracked before your eyes by our Cheesemonger, Jacob!

The dinner will be a thoughtfully coursed meal with a focus on Parmigiano Reggiano. Each course will be paired with Italian wines and Eagle Rock Brewery beers! You will also be able to eat Parmigiano Reggiano strait from the center of the wheel, which rare and always a treat!

Doors open at 6. Dinner begins at 6:30.
