Parmigiano Reggiano Cracking Party @ Silverlake Wine

We are thrilled to partner with Silverlake Wine to partake in “Sundays at Three“, where we will combine the usual Sunday event with an educational, live-cracking of Parmigiano Reggiano. Tickets are available thru Silverlake Wine ONLY. This event is by reservation ONLY.

One Sunday a month, we have friends of ours from the restaurant and catering world come in and prepare four courses of food that we then pair with wines resulting in a food and wine pairing spectacular. Join us at 3pm as we begin with an aperitif and then move on to four wines, each deftly matched, resulting in an educational and culinary Sunday afternoon. This is the only tasting where reservations are required and that has a set start and end time. Reservations can be made either by emailing info@silverlakewine.com or by calling 323 662 9024.
