PARMIGIANO REGGIANO CRACKING PARTY AND CLASS!
We flew through 85 pounds of the last wheel and are ready to open another behemoth of a cheese! This is one of our BEST classes and this time we are teaming with EVERSON ROYCE in Pasadena! The class includes a detailed slideshow presentation on how cheese is made, live cracking of a full 85-pound wheel of cheese, the freshest taste from the center of the wheel, and plenty of wine (and perhaps spirits) from the team at Everson Royce!
