Parmigiano Reggiano Cracking Party at Angeleno Winery

Join us for our most popular, educational class! The event includes a detailed, educational slideshow presentation on how this glorious cheese is made, followed by a live cracking of an 85 pound wheel using traditional tools! Q&A and samples of fresh cheese from the center of the wheel to follow! We’ll be showcasing either the famed Red Cow or the Brown Cow Parmigiano Reggiano, so come and see what the hype is all about!
The event will be at Angeleno Winery in Chinatown and will include a flight of four of their delightful, Los Angeles made wines!

$28 per person, includes four pours of wine.
