WHAT: Our most popular event and class is going on tour for 2017! The Parmigiano Reggiano Cracking Party is an educational event featuring a slideshow presentation of how this glorious cheese is made. Watch a live cracking of an 85-pound wheel while enjoying a pint of your choice from the tap room at Eagle Rock Brewery! After we crack the wheel, you will get a taste of the fresh wheel with an additional pour of a specially paired beer. Fresh cuts of cheese will be available for sale after the class. All purchases come with a gift of a Parmigiano Reggiano knife!
