This event is ALL AGES and includes a detailed, educational slideshow presentation on how this glorious cheese is made, followed by a live cracking of an 85 pound wheel using traditional tools! Q&A and samples of fresh cheese from the center of the wheel to follow! We are lucky to get the famed Solo di Bruna (Brown Cow) Parmigiano Reggiano, so come and see what the hype is all about!

The event will be at Boomtown Brewery in their big, beautiful, private event space within their brewery! Support local brewers in Los Angeles! This event includes one Welcome BEER of your choice from their taplist. (Limitations apply. Drink tickets only given to those over 21 years of age)
