Milkfarm’s Parmigiano Reggiano Cracking Party is an educational event that includes a detailed slideshow presentation of how cheese is made (and several topics related to cheese and the laws that govern), with a live cracking of a full-85lb wheel of Vacca Rossa Parmigiano Reggiano using traditional tools. This is one of our most popular classes and is held every quarter.
Enjoy a glass of Lambrusco, a fresh chunk of Parmigiano Reggiano straight from the heart of the wheel (the BEST part of the cheese), and a FREE Parmigiano Reggiano Almond Knife with purchase!
