The event includes an educational slideshow presentation on how this glorious cheese is made, Q&A, watch a live cracking of an 85 pound wheel using traditional tools, and eat fresh cheese from the center of the wheel! Also, we are lucky to get the famed Vacche Rosse (Red Cow) Parmigiano Reggiano back, so come and see what the hype is all about!
