We are hosting our next Parm Cracking Party at our friend’s wine shop in Montrose! Come and see a live cracking of a full 85 pound wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano and learn a thing or two about Parmigiano Reggiano! Class includes 3 pours of sparkling, organic wines from Emilia- Romagna! Cheese from the fresh wheel can be purchased after the class as well.
Tickets can be purchased at ROSSO WINE SHOP in person or over the phone.
