The first party we had was EPIC! So, we’ve decided to do it again. Samples from Domenico’s Foods, discussion about how “parm” is made, LIVE CRACKING of a FULL 85lb wheel, taste cheese strait from the heart (oh-so-good!!), and cooking demo by Jacob….also taste what we are demo-ing! Leah from Semolina Artisanal Pasta will be here with her new line of pasta to discuss how her pasta is made (at home!). You will also have an opportunity to try her delicious pasta.

We will be pairing the perfect wine for Parmigiano Reggiano! (Offered by the glass)
