Milkfarm Raclette Night x Majordomo
We are THRILLED to partner with Majordomo for a one night! Milkfarm’s Raclette Night makes a come back at Majordomo in Chinatown! Try several different Raclette-types on several different Majordomo dishes for a spin on the traditional Raclette dish!
Menu Teaser:
Truffle Raclette Cheese Dip w/shaved truffle, caramelized onions, cooked with beef jus. Served with bing!
Whole Fried Cauliflower with Jasper Hill’s Highlander (goat/cow) Raclette
Chuck stew with Crispy Potato
Traditional Plate – potato, country ham, pickles and…maybe a salad. Choice of any Raclette cheese.
And maybe a cheesecake?….just maybe….fingers crossed y’all!
