Cheese Class- Cristi from Spring Brook Farm

Cristi Menard of Spring Brook Farm is flying all the way from Reading Vermont to teach our class! Her cheese, Tarantaise Reserve, just WON BEST OF SHOW AT THE 2014 AMERICAN CHEESE SOCIETY COMPETITION!!! She will be discussing the farm, how her cheeses are made, sustainability (economics, environment, etc), and the amazing educational foundation that they support- Farms for City Kids.
