WHO: Tom was born and raised on a farm in the valley neighboring Quicke’s. He is now the Head of Sales & Marketing for Quicke’s, Traditional Farmstead Cheeses in Devon, England. He travels the world from his home on the farm to spread the word about real cheddar; California has been a booming market and regular destination. He has also been the judge for World Cheese Awards, British Cheese Awards, Cheesemongers Invitational, as well as Subject Matter expert for the Academy of Cheese in the UK.
WHAT: An informative class and presentation on all things CHEDDAR, taught by a cheddar expert! We will be tasting through 4 very different cheddars from Quicke’s and wash it all down with 1 particularly interesting pairing and a fun beer!
