Update on the cheese I made with the incredible group of @murrayscheese @pastoralchicago @columbia_cheese @cowbellpdx up in the Alps of Switzerland back in September… Jean-Marie of @gruyere_aop is pictured here holding our cheese at 3 months young. Hey y'all! Alyssa is representing Milkfarm at the CHEESEMONGER OLYMPICS aka Cheesemonger Invitational in one week! She's been with us since October 2016 and has been a gift from the cheese heavens.
