DESCRIPTION:Autumn is an amazing time of year that reminds us of family\, great food\, and libations. Come celebrate autumn with us as we put together an amazing 5-course pairing dinner featuring the spectacular seasonal produce prepared by Chef Jerry\, special barrel-aged sour beers by Eagle Rock Brewery\, delicious ciders curated by Half-Pint Ciders\, and decadent cheeses curated by our friends at Milk Farm. It’s a celebration of seasonality\, community\, family\, and of our taste buds! \nDoors will open at 6pm (you’re welcome to belly up to the bar for a drink or two before dinner) on Thursday November 12\, 2015 and dinner will start at 7pm. The cost of dinner is $85 (gratuity included\, though if you love the service and feel particularly inclined to tip your server any additional amount\, we’re sure they wouldn’t protest!) and includes the 5-course pairing dinner and an exceptional dining as well as educational experience. \nSeats are limited\, so be sure to order your tickets soon! \nRSVP via email to info@eaglerockpublichouse.com \n**Please note: due to the nature of the pairing dinner\, no substitutions will be possible. There will be at least some meat and seafood\, but likely a couple courses that are vegetarian in nature. This meal is not vegan as there will be cheeses involved in the pairings as well.**

Everything is handmade with love\, attention to detail and with a desire to create a mesmerizing experience for my customers. \n\nI am beyond thankful to Barsha Wines\, who fell in love with the Dark Chocolate Bark with Himalayan Sea Salt\, Chili Flakes and Caramel\, (a homemade thank you gift) and asked if I could  start to sell my handmade chocolate bark at their amazing Tasting Room in Manhattan Beach. Of course I said “yes.” THANK YOU Lenora and Adnen. Since then\, my artisan chocolate business has quite taken off. I am beyond thankful to all my cherishd customers who let me do what I love. \n\nHaving my own boutique catering company\, specializing in organic foods and chocolates\, is a dream come true. It all began in the woods of Sweden\, where I started my first bakery-ordering firm at the age of 11. Since then\, I have had a corporate career in training and education but have always had a passion for anything related to food and have kept exploring the culinary arts. \n\n\n\n\nMy philosophy is to let ingredients shine for their true beauty and play with flavor combinations to highlight each one. My style of cooking is seasonal\, mindful\, intentional and preferably organic. Sustainable. Everything is made from scratch. I source out the best tasting and highest quality ingredients\, venture out to the local farmers markets to find what is in season and buy the best produce locally. Then the fun begins! I play in the kitchen to create delicious\, culinary and authentic experiences for you. \n\nThere are no limits in my kitchen. Truly. This is my handcraft and I want to share it with you.

Pick one up for your holiday feast! \nHi\, I’m Mark Stambler\, and  I’m the baker behind Pagnol Boulanger. I named my company after the renowned French writer and director Marcel Pagnol\, whose stories of village life in the south of France in the early 20th century have captured the culinary imagination of certain parts of California. \nI employ traditional French methods to make my breads\, doing most all the work by hand. I use distilled water\, sea salt\, organic grains and flour\, and wild yeast. I mill all my organic whole-grain flour right before I bake with it\, the best way to retain the flavor of the grain.
