The tasting will be led by two experts in the industry\, the owners of both Callisto Tea House and Milkfarm Artisan Cheese Shop. Not only will you be able to taste 4 wildly different tea+cheese pairings\, you’ll also learn about how tea is harvested\, fermented and brewed\, as well as information on cheese mold\, mites and more!
