DESCRIPTION:We are THRILLED to collaborate with Courtney (sake master) and Chef Charles of Ototo (and Tsubaki) for an incredible World Sake Day event! \nCourtney (named a “Sake Guru” by the Los Angeles Times…see the article HERE) will be teaching you all about sake\, while Leah (Milkfarm owner) will be teaching you all about the cheeses that love them. In this event\, you will try a series of SIX “nama” sakes\, first paired independently with one cheese\, all while learning a thing or two about each item\, immediately following each pairing\, Chef Charles will present a Japanese-inspired dish (one dish\, one cheese) to enjoy with the same sake.
