Her cheese\, Tarantaise Reserve\, just WON BEST OF SHOW AT THE 2014 AMERICAN CHEESE SOCIETY COMPETITION!!! She will be discussing the farm\, how her cheeses are made\, sustainability (economics\, environment\, etc)\, and the amazing educational foundation that they support- Farms for City Kids. \nThe class will include tastes of her delicious cheeses paired with beer and wine. There will be snacks and small bites. Sign up today! Don’t miss out!! (I doubt she’ll fly from Vermont anytime soon to teach another class.) \nClass is limited to 45 seats. \n$30 per person.
