SUMMARY:Parmigiano Reggiano Cracking Party at Homage Brewing!
DESCRIPTION:We’ve teamed up with our friends at Homage Brewing in Chinatown to bring you a night of education\, fun\, beer\, and CHEESE\, of course! \n\nAttendees of this event will enjoy an educational slideshow presentation all about the King of Cheese\, detailing how and where this cheese is made\, and all of the science behind it. Following the slideshow\, you’ll get to watch a live cracking of a full\, 85-lb wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano\, using traditional tools and techniques. You’ll have a chance to sample the FRESHEST piece of cheese you’ll ever taste\, straight from the heart of the wheel! \nTickets are on sale NOW & make an excellent gift for yourself\, and/or all of your food- and beer-loving friends and family! \nWHEN: Monday\, January 9th\, 2023. Doors open at 6PM. Show starts at 7PM and while the event will be over by 9PM\, Homage will stay open until 10PM (to keep the party going!). \nWHERE: Homage Brewing in Chinatown – 1219 North Main Street Los Angeles\, CA 90012\n(The beautiful taproom is pictured above!). This will be a fully indoor event. \nTICKETS: $35 per ticket (ages 21+ ONLY). Each ticket includes all the fun activities listed above\, PLUS a welcome pour of a delicious Homage lager AND an ooey-gooey\, cheese-stuffed arancini snack from the Homage kitchen upon arrival!
