DESCRIPTION:Ever wonder how those bubbles got in your wine? Well\, you’re in luck! Join us\, as our esteemed Beverage Buyer Sam guides us through a friendly and educational discussion on sparkling wine! He’ll be breaking down the history and science of some of your favorite bubbles and will give you an understanding of how something that started as a (not so) happy accident became a global phenomenon. Let Sam guide you through four amazing wines from all over the world\, as you nosh on a delicious personal cheese plate containing some of our favorite bubbly-friendly cheeses! There may also be a super-special\, delicious cheese surprise at the end of the class ? \nThis class will be held at Penny Oven\, just right across the street from Milkfarm. This is a ticketed event and attendees must be 21+ in age. Tickets to this class will include a detailed slideshow presentation on the wines and their respective stories\, four pours of sparkling wine\, a personal cheese plate with 3 cheeses\, French butter\, & baguette (if you need a gluten-free alternative\, please contact us at saycheese@milkfarmla.com immediately after purchasing your ticket!). Oh\, and of course\, you’ll get your special cheese surprise at the end of the class\, too!
