Meet one of the staff favorites here at Milkfarm: BANDAGED BISMARK! This cheddar style cheese is made in Vermont with 100% sheep’s milk. The wheel is rubbed with smoked lard before getting its cloth bandage and is then aged at Crown Finish Caves in Brooklyn, NY. The paste tastes like strong brown butter, toasted walnuts, and just a hint of grassy earth.
